Issuance of SOP 50 10 5 (D)

The Office of Financial Assistance is announcing the issuance of an update to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) 50 10 5. This update to the SOP will be known as SOP 50 10 5(D) and will be effective on October 1, 2011. This version of the SOP will apply to all applications received by SBA on or after October 1, 2011.

America’s Recovery Capital (ARC) Loan Program

America’s Recovery Capital (ARC) Loan Program is a new temporary guaranteed-loan program authorized by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (the Recovery Act) (P.L. 111-5, 123 Stat. 115) enacted on February 17, 2009. ARC Loans provide small businesses access to the capital needed to drive economic recovery and to retain jobs.
